I like the location as it is conveniently located near the airport. The staff were superb especially the breakfast staff and the Reception staff were super friendly. The hotel itself has few facilities to offer like swimming pool and Starbucks coffee inside. They also have a small convenience store inside which needed to have few toiletries added into it like soaps or toothbrushes and toothpastes just to cater for those that are staying for few hours connecting flights and don’t have any toiletries with them also maybe some alcohol wipes and hand sanitizers?

The Hotel is a great place to stay and we have used it many times on our trips to Florida. After a long day travelling from the UK, it is conveniently located close to the International Airport, but just far enough away to not be bothered by aircraft noise. Comfortable and quiet rooms in which to relax before onward travel the next day. Definitely recommend it and we will be back again.

We stay here every time we come to Orlando. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. We had coffee this morning in a cabana and dipped our toes in the pool. Absolutely 10/10 can’t wait to come back!

Staff are very attentive from the restaurant, bar staff, conferencing, shuttle, concierge to the reception and facilities staff members. They couldn't do enough.
